Shire of Ashburton residents are reminded that pet registrations are due on 31 October 2020. 

All dogs over the age of three months must be microchipped and registered. All cats over the age of six months must be sterilised, microchipped and registered. Fines can be issued for failing to register, microchip or sterilise your pet(s).

Microchipping can be arranged through your local Veterinary Service.
