Congress has now provided a total of $1,980,584 to the Commonwealth to ensure that the Pandemic Unemployment Assistance and Federal Pandemic Unemployment Compensation is expeditiously disbursed to Marianas workers who need the help. Despite having $1,208,653 still available to cover unemployment assistance program costs, 7,359 applications are still waiting to be processed.
