Economic forecast of the federal expert group – October 2020 * – The expert group expects a decline in sports event-adjusted GDP of 3.8% for 2020 with an average annual unemployment rate of 3.2%. The prospects for 2020 are therefore less negative than feared in the middle of the year. In the further course the momentum should subside.
