Order of October 8, 2020 No. 2603-r

Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin, by his order, made changes to the list of measures for the comprehensive development of Kislovodsk, calculated until 2030.

The list was supplemented with new projects. Among them is the construction of a kindergarten, a day nursery and a secondary general education school for 1,000 children. These works are planned to be completed in 2020-2021.

In the section for promising events, items have appeared concerning the construction of the sports center “Foothills” and the federal center for national teams in rowing and canoeing, as well as the reconstruction of the sanatorium “Semitzvetik”.

In addition, 15 activities have been moved from the section planned to the section being implemented in connection with the determination of the sources of their funding. This includes the construction of a sports and recreation center, reconstruction of the Kislovodsk city hospital, restoration of the buildings of the North Caucasus Philharmonic Society and Narzan Gallery, repair of the Mineralnye Vody (airport) – Kislovodsk highway. Work on them should be completed in 2024.

The list of measures for the comprehensive development of Kislovodsk was approved by the Government in 2016, after which it has changed several times. The latest version of the document contains 97 points, implying the construction and reconstruction of social institutions, the development of infrastructure for active recreation and tourism, the modernization of communal infrastructure, the improvement of urban space, the restoration of cultural monuments. The total amount of federal funding for these purposes will amount to more than 8 billion rubles.
