The epidemic that we are all fighting against together should not make you forget one essential act: get tested for breast cancer!

I want to say it loud and clear, because I know that for many this act is still unrecognized and the subject of much trepidation. I am also aware that some of you are afraid to go to the hospital during this epidemic time, or that it is not the priority at the moment.

And yet, one in eight women will develop this cancer which is the most deadly in women.

There is no inevitability: early treatment can significantly improve the prognosis, lead to cures if the cancer is detected early, and prevent many deaths.

So don’t wait. Get tested.
