In the 201st Russian military base of the Russian Federation, stationed in Tajikistan, a combat review of the readiness of units involved in the final check for the 2020 academic year was held.

In the fleets of combat vehicles, the officers of the formation control checked the technical condition of the fixed weapons, the serviceability of the aiming devices, the presence of the level and compliance of the coolants, engine and transmission oil in the transmission units and assemblies, and fire safety equipment. On the parade ground, the servicemen were checked the serviceability of small arms, communications equipment, a portable training and material base, the correctness of the documentation on combat training, as well as the manning of the personnel with all the necessary equipment and clothing.

The final checks for military personnel will take place from 13 to 22 October. It will involve about 1,000 servicemen from Dushanbe and Bokhtar military towns.

The 201st military base stationed in Tajikistan is Russia’s largest military facility outside its borders. It is located in two cities – Dushanbe and Bokhtar. According to the agreement signed in October 2012, the connection will be in Tajikistan until 2042.
