Do you have questions about the education of your disabled child? Do you need listening and support in your efforts? Does your child want clarification or support? The Ministry of National Education makes available to you throughout the year the national “Handicap School” cell and the local “Inclusive school” cells to answer you using a single number: 0 805 805 110.
The national toll-free number 0 805 805 110 (free service + price of a call) makes it possible to reach, thanks to an interactive server and as needed, either:
the national unit for “School Handicap Assistance”;
the listening and response units of the “Inclusive School” departmental service, which complement each other for greater proximity in responses. These local units have the following objectives:
to inform families about existing systems and the functioning of the inclusive school public service;
to respond to families on their child’s file (s) if possible within 24 hours of the call. If the answers require more precise research or information gathering from people who know the student’s situation, the families are then contacted.
This number is open year round.
The service is accessible to the hearing impaired on 0 800 730 123.
