At its regular meeting on October 9, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has approved a resolution on certain issues related to the organization of an automated system for registering humanitarian aid.

The Prime Minister noted that the Government is creating an automated system of accounting for recipients of humanitarian aid, and also determines that not only goods, but also services, works and funds can be recognized as humanitarian aid.

“We are creating a transparent, reliable and fast mechanism for registration and accounting of humanitarian aid for our country, which has long been expected by a large number of people and NGOs,” said Denys Shmyhal during the meeting.

In addition, the Cabinet of Ministers approved the Procedure for conducting an inventory of land organization documentation. According to the Prime Minister, this is an important decision in the direction of accessibility and transparency of the sector.

“It is about simplifying the procedures for accessing and using information from the State Land Cadastre. This decision will make it possible to receive one of the most popular services in electronic format – the issuance of an extract from the State Geocadastre about a land plot,” said Denys Shmyhal.

According to the Prime Minister, automating the process of providing an extract without the participation of the state cadastral registrar is a saving of time and a way to reduce abuses in this area.
