Following an investigation by Thames Valley Police a man has been charged with one count of Section 20 GBH wounding without intent.
Sabir Mann, aged 38 of Hurworth Avenue, Slough was charged on Wednesday (7/10).
It relates to an incident on Monday (5/10) at around 8.45pm in Chalvey Road East in which a man in his forties received serious injuries. He remains in hospital in a critical condition.
Mann has been bailed to appear at Reading Magistrates Court on 23 December 2020.
