There is a demand for directly practical applied moments, for the analysis and implementation of specific cases, and not only for theoretical knowledge in the field of digital transformation. This was stated on October 5 by the Deputy Minister of Economic Development of the Russian Federation Tatyana Ilyushnikova at the opening of the CLIK program.

The CLIK acceleration and educational program for the development of anti-crisis leaders and teams of the digital economy is being implemented jointly with the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia and the Ministry of Digital Industry of Russia with the support of the Agency for Strategic Initiatives within the framework of the federal project “Human Resources for the Digital Economy”, which provides training for data managers. In 2019, more than 5 thousand trainees were trained in the person of employees of government bodies, state-owned companies, budgetary and other organizations of the Russian Federation. “The joint program should allow us to answer several questions: where to start, how to organize the process of working with data, who to connect to work. And the main goal of the program is how to work with data, and how it can help in process management, how to create or change business processes, management processes in order to improve the efficiency of both public administration and the work of organizations, ”Tatiana Ilyushnikova emphasized.
