Specialists of the Military Construction Complex of the Russian Ministry of Defense have completed a comprehensive restoration of the headquarters of the Black Sea Fleet in Sevastopol.

The military builders completely restored the original appearance of the main facade of the building with the famous colonnade facing the sea, and also restored the declarative elements of the interior. In addition, the headquarters is fully equipped with the latest life support and military command communications systems.

The renewed headquarters is located in the very place where in 1900, according to the project of the architect Valentin Feldman, the two-story palace of the commander of the Black Sea Fleet was built. After the 1917 revolution, a branch of the naval House of Culture was located here, and during the Great Patriotic War the building was destroyed to the ground.

The new headquarters building of strict laconic forms has been restored for the first time since its construction in 1958.

In addition, military builders delivered a turnkey new field office of the Central Bank of Russia. A special structural unit of the Central Bank is intended for banking services of military units, institutions and organizations of the Russian Ministry of Defense, as well as other state bodies and legal entities that ensure the security of the Russian Federation. The institution will begin its work in the near future.

Field offices of the Bank of Russia were created and deployed in accordance with the tasks of defense and the socio-economic conditions of the respective territories in accordance with the Federal Law “On Defense”.

Also in Sevastopol, military builders will hand over on a turnkey basis four new residential buildings for servicemen of the Black Sea Fleet.

In the residential complex, built in the Cossack Bay, the interior decoration of apartments, the installation of interior doors and utilities, the organization of pedestrian paths and motorways, the improvement of courtyards with playgrounds and swings is being completed.

In all apartments, military builders will lay laminate flooring, glue wallpaper, install plumbing fixtures and stoves.

The settlement in four houses will begin in November this year. In total, the microdistrict will have 12 low-rise buildings.
