In Donskoy District, under the renovation program, a school will be built and the territory will be landscaped

As part of the development of transport infrastructure, it is planned to build a side driveway on Sevastopolsky Avenue, as well as the construction of intra-quarter passages, sidewalks, pedestrian crossings and stops for surface urban public transport, ”he said.
Public spaces will be improved. In the courtyards of residential buildings, children’s playgrounds, sports grounds and places for recreation will be equipped. Landscaping of the territory is also planned.
Sergey Levkin noted that about 4.9 thousand people will receive new apartments in the Donskoy district under the renovation program. 21 five-storey buildings are to be resettled and demolished, and four more houses are being reconstructed.
“For wave relocation, three launch sites were selected at the following addresses: Malaya Tulskaya Street, possession 55/1, Sevastopolsky Prospect, possession 7, building 6/1 and Varshavskoe highway, possessions 8a – 10a,” the head of the department added.
The renovation program is the largest infrastructure project in the history of the capital. It was approved on August 1, 2017. The renovation program includes 5174 houses – about 350 thousand apartments with a total area of 16.4 million square meters. More than one million people will receive new housing.
