Since the beginning of the year, two new buildings have been commissioned in the Troitsky and Novomoskovsky administrative districts under the renovation program.

In the TyNAO, 261 families have already received new housing under the renovation program. More than 8.4 thousand families will move to new comfortable apartments here.

“By the beginning of October, residents of 15 houses in the villages of Shishkin Les and Armeisky, as well as in the urban district of Shcherbinka, received new apartments in the TyNAO under the renovation program. According to the head City Property Department Maxim Gamana, the resettlement of residents of five houses has been completed.

“These houses are located at the following addresses: Shcherbinka urban district, 40 years of October street, house 10 and the village of Army, houses 4, 6, 3, 33. 215 people from 75 families lived in them, they all have already moved to new apartments,” he specified.

Head of the capital Department of Urban Development Policy Sergey Levkin recalled that since the beginning of the year, two new buildings have been commissioned in the Troitsk and Novomoskovsk administrative districts at the following addresses: Shishkin Les village, building 9, building 1 and building 21, building 1. By the end of the year, a new house in the Mosrentgen settlement will be commissioned in the district. Four more facilities are being designed and built.

According to Sergei Levkin, a total of 251 houses in the Troitsky and Novomoskovsky administrative areas were included in the renovation program based on the voting results. To organize the wave resettlement of residents, 12 launch sites were selected.

The renovation program was approved on August 1, 2017. It includes 5174 houses – about 350 thousand apartments with a total area of ​​16.4 million square meters. More than one million people will receive new housing.
