Family farms, agricultural cooperatives, as well as those who planned to start a business will be able to take advantage of this relief. In addition, it is stated that the accrual of any social benefits cannot be a hindrance to receiving a grant.

As Mikhail Mishustin said at a meeting with Deputy Prime Ministers, in 2020, more than 13 billion rubles were allocated for grant support to agribusiness. Payments can be directed to the purchase of land, animals, agricultural machinery or equipment, the development of project documentation, the reconstruction of production facilities and warehouses. The money is provided on terms of co-financing, and its amount depends on the specific grant program.

The decree will support representatives of small agribusiness, allow them to maintain financial stability and successfully implement the projects they have started.
