MIL OSI Translation. Region: Russian Federation –
On October 6, 2020, a joint meeting of the RF CCI Committee for the Development of the Agro-Industrial Complex and the RF CCI Council for Industrial Development and Competitiveness of the Russian Economy will take place. The main topic of the meeting: “Domestic agricultural machinery – the driver of the development of the agro-industrial complex of Russia.”
The session will be moderated by Elena Dybova, Vice President of the Russian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
Agricultural engineering in Russia is one of the key sectors of the national economy, which is aimed at providing agro-industrial enterprises with the equipment necessary for their work, but at the same time it is forced to exist in conditions of a low level of paying capacity of its consumers. That is why the main problem for manufacturers is a high dependence on targeted government programs that stimulate demand from agro-industrial organizations, and it is quite natural that in a crisis the impact of these measures will be decisive.
At the meeting, it is planned to discuss systemic issues of the development of the agro-industrial complex of Russia, the possibilities of optimizing state regulation of the industry in the interests of Russian producers and farmers, the need to stimulate the introduction of innovations in agricultural machinery.
The meeting will be held as part of the business program of the specialized exhibition of agricultural machinery “Agrosalon-2020” (Trade and Exhibition Complex “Crocus City”, “IEC Crocus Expo”, hall 13). The beginning of the meeting – 15.00, registration from 14.15.
We invite all interested representatives of the business and expert community, public organizations and academia to take part in the meeting of the Committee.
