When a child molester walked in a horrific case of sexual abuse, Missouri legislators acted swiftly to change the law. But Jill Schupp said no.

Schupp voted against making it easier to prosecute sex crimes committed against children. The law that allowed juries to hear evidence of a defendant’s past sex crime arrests was overwhelmingly approved. So who was Jill Schupp protecting?
