At the Sosnovy Bor training ground in Buryatia, with the personnel of a battery of anti-tank guided missiles (ATGM) of a separate guards airborne assault formation from Ulan-Ude, a control exercise was held on driving armored vehicles (BTR-D) as part of the final check for the 2020 academic year.

The mechanics-drivers of the ATGM battery performed a test driving exercise for the BTR-D, during which they overcame various obstacles, including a track bridge, an anti-tank ditch, a maneuvering section, a passage through mine-explosive obstacles and others.

In addition, during the lesson, standards were worked out for technical training, installing a battery, checking technical fluid, installing night vision devices, placing equipment on a railway platform.

The entire personnel involved in the control session fulfilled the standards for “good” and “excellent”.
