The crew of the Pantsir-S anti-aircraft missile-gun complex of the Central Military District won first place in the third stage of the field training competition among specialists of the anti-aircraft missile forces of the Russian Armed Forces “Keys to the Sky-2020”.

The “Pantsir-S” combat crew of the air defense regiment stationed in the Saratov region, during the competition, fired anti-aircraft guided missiles at targets imitating the aerodynamic targets of a simulated enemy. In addition, in the course of a set of tasks, they worked out the standards for disassembling and assembling anti-aircraft guns with their removal from combat vehicles, conducting anti-aircraft combat with simulated launches of anti-aircraft guided missiles. According to the results of all tests, the calculation took first place and received the main prize of the Keys to the Sky 2020 competition.

In total, six combat crews of anti-aircraft missile and artillery battalions took part in the competition. The competition was held in the Astrakhan region at the Ashuluk training ground.
