Tom Price community members are advised that Vic Hayton Swimming Pool will be closed next week to allow for upgrade works to get underway.

The works include maintenance within the pool site and the installation of new and replacement shade sails.

The pool will be closed during daytime hours from Tuesday 13 October, reopening on Friday 16 October at 12.00pm.

Patrons will be able to use the pool from 5.00pm-8.00pm on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday evening and from 12.00pm until 8.00pm on Friday.

For any queries please contact Richards Coates on 08 9189 1062 or 0438 909 303 or email [email protected].

We are pleased that pool season is well underway and all swimming pools across the Shire have reopened to full capacity following a trial soft opening in September.

Both Tom Price and Onslow recorded close to 2,000 patrons at each location during the four week period, while Paraburdoo recorded just over 1,000 patrons.

Full operating hours are now in place until end of April, with the facilities available Monday – Friday 8am – 8pm, Saturday & Sunday 8am – 6pm and on Public Holidays 10am – 5pm.
