Makarov TOVMU, cabin crews of young sailors’ clubs and military-patriotic schools of the Primorsky Territory, a team representative of the I. Nevelskoy Maritime State University, as well as children of military personnel of units directly subordinate to the High Command of the Navy …

Within the framework of the Gathering, training sessions are held with the participants in the types of sea all-around and applied types, classes in navigational affairs, practical rigging. At the Ocean Shipyard, the participants are assembling and preparing for launching four Optimist dinghy and a Yal-2 boat. Specialized classes for children are conducted by cadets of the Makarov Pacific Higher Naval School, as well as by specially trained counselors and teachers of the All-Russian Children’s Center “Ocean”.

The competitive program includes: rowing on YaL-6 boats at a distance of 1000 meters, cross-country competition, flag semaphore, rigging, throwing (throwing “lightness”), disassembly / assembly of the AK-74M assault rifle, as well as a competition-review of the order and songs, business card and tug of war.

The gathering of young sailors “Jung” will last until October 4, 2020. This program has been implemented in Ocean for the 6th time since 2015.
