Today, at the Polkovaya railway stations in Pskov and Ryazan, the last two military echelons arrived with units of Russian paratroopers from the Pskov and Tula Airborne Forces that took part in the planned joint Belarusian-Russian tactical exercise Slavic Brotherhood – 2020 on the territory The Republic of Belarus.

At the unloading stations, the paratroopers were met by representatives of the command, administrations, veterans of the Airborne Forces, relatives and friends of the military personnel.

The commanders of the formations received reports on the arrival of units after the successful completion of combat training missions, after which the personnel began to unload equipment from military echelons and marches to points of permanent deployment.

Earlier, the personnel of the units of the Ivanovo Guards Airborne Force, who also took part in the joint exercise “Slavic Brotherhood-2020” in the territory of the Republic of Belarus, arrived at the point of permanent deployment by rail.

In total, more than 900 servicemen and 100 pieces of equipment from the Pskov, Ivanovo and Tula Guards Airborne Troops took part in the active phase of the Belarusian-Russian exercise “Slavic Brotherhood-2020” troops.
