The annual report of the Office of the Ombudsman for 2019-20 was released today, Oct. 2.

The report includes achievements and case examples. “While this report focuses on the 2019-20 fiscal year, we cannot ignore the hurdles facing everyone moving forward into 2020-21,” said Ombudsman William Smith. “And we can’t ignore the remarkable history of the office, which celebrates its 50th anniversary next year.”
