Over the past day, the most difficult situation for wildfires has developed in the Voronezh and Rostov regions.

As a result of unauthorized burning of dry vegetation, aggravated by a gusty wind of 15-18 m / s, 21 residential, 5 country and 2 non-residential buildings, as well as 27 outbuildings were destroyed on the territory of 2 municipalities in the Voronezh region.

In the Rostov region, 2 residential buildings, 10 outbuildings and 20 garage buildings were destroyed by fire, in 2 settlements. There is a threat of transfer of fire to other settlements.

“Considering the difficult situation in the Voronezh and Rostov regions, by the decision of the Minister of EMERCOM of Russia, EN Zinichev, additional airmobile groups of forces and means of the EMERCOM of Russia were sent to the regions. An additional 228 people and 52 units of equipment from the Krasnodar, Stavropol Main Directorates of the EMERCOM of Russia, as well as the Don Rescue Center were involved in the Rostov Region, ”said Pavel Baryshev, speaking at a conference call on the operational situation.

At present, the efforts of the RSChS group of almost 700 people and 200 pieces of equipment are aimed at preventing the transfer of fire to settlements in the Tsimlyansk region, where a forest is burning on an area of ​​280 hectares. Aviation EMERCOM of Russia and the National Guard will begin to perform tasks after the wind load is reduced.

In addition, airmobile groups of the main directorates of the EMERCOM of Russia in the Kaluga, Lipetsk, Oryol, Ryazan, Tambov and Tula regions and the Tula Rescue Center of the EMERCOM of Russia were sent to the Voronezh Region to fight natural fires. In total, 406 people and 123 pieces of equipment are involved from RSChS. The Be-200-ChS and Il-76 planes and the Ka-32 helicopter performed 24 discharges of water with a total weight of 157 tons.

Also, the EMERCOM of Russia controls the situation with wildfires in the Belgorod and Volgograd regions, the transition of fire to the forest fund and the residential sector is currently not allowed.

Currently in the Belgorod region there is one grass fire on an area of ​​800 square meters in the Shebekinsky city district. In total, 28 outbreaks were eliminated during the day. The fire and rescue units of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergencies of Russia in the Belgorod Region continue to be on duty in an enhanced mode, employees of the Forestry Administration, the Forest Fire Center, voluntary fire brigades and squads and representatives of territorial administrations are also fighting the fire. In total, a group of forces and means of the RSChS was created to extinguish the fires that occurred, consisting of 649 people and 170 units of equipment.

In the Volgograd region, over 100 hectares of grass were covered by fire. At the moment, there is a fire on an area of ​​4.4 hectares. The most difficult situation remains in the Danilovsky District. Active burning occurs 400 meters along the front. In the Nekhaevsky and Kotelnikovsky municipal districts of the Volgograd region, fires were eliminated. Unmanned aerial vehicles are used to monitor the situation, and space monitoring data are used to identify fire centers.

In connection with these circumstances, the Minister of EMERCOM of Russia instructed the forces and means of the RSChS to intensify work on preventing fires and informing the population about the current situation and compliance with fire safety requirements.
