The executive secretary, Daniel Diniz, highlighted the importance of the project for the promotion of tourism in the region, mainly, with the imminent resumption of the sector. “The project is complete and aggressive in attracting investments. As soon as the pandemic passes, we need to be prepared to take advantage of the opportunities and we can assist in this facility of attracting resorts. The project is also located in a green area and follows sustainability standards, which is essential for many entrepreneurs ”, he pointed out. Lucas Fiuza, national secretary for the Attraction of Investments, Partnerships and Concessions, also praised the state management initiative. “You are taking the lead, creating a new business environment, with legal certainty, approved legislation and infrastructure. They can count on all of our support in the process of attracting investors ”, he added. On occasion, state governor João Azevedo highlighted the tourist potential and the strategic location of the state and highlighted the infrastructure prepared by the government to ensure the attraction of investments in the Pole Cabo Branco tourist attraction. “There are already interested groups that have sent us proposals, which are being analyzed, and we also focus on making this equipment an attraction point in the areas of animation and commerce,” he commented. CABO BRANCO TOURIST POLO – The Cabo Branco Tourist Complex has an area of ​​654 hectares with 35 lots, 19 for the hotel sector, five for the entertainment sector, ten for the commercial and services sector and one for the events sector. A new public notice for the establishment of companies at the Cabo Branco Tourist Complex was released at the end of July this year. In this second notice, five lots are being offered that include, in addition to the urban hotel sector, areas for trade, services and tourist entertainment. With this action, the State Government works to make Paraíba stand out not only in cultural tourism, sun and beach, business and events, but also be a reference in sustainable tourism, presenting tourists with a concern for the environment, with the society and the economy of Paraíba.
