“Year-end losses will be about 500 billion rubles. In addition, about 250 billion, a quarter of a trillion, we additionally sent both to support businesses, citizens, and questions related to the conversion of the entire health system to fight COVID-19 (opening of new clinics, reconstruction, adaptation, purchase of medicines, salaries of additional doctors, nurses and so on)”, — said Sergey Sobyanin.

But despite the losses of the budget in the capital to fully maintain funding of the social sphere and the key projects of the investment program. They relate to the deferral of advance payments, compensation for property tax and land payments, and assistance in lending to small and medium businesses, regardless of type of activities. According to the Mayor, from the budget on these purposes it is allocated more than 85 billion rubles.
