Resume sections and clubs, cultural centers and recreational organizations will be rides, children’s entertainment centres, discos and summer camps. The main condition is that the number of visitors does not exceed 50 percent of the maximum capacity of venues. Also still prohibited from conducting entertainment, cultural and other mass events in the open air.
