He is accused of committing crimes under paragraphs “g”, “h” of part 2 of article 105 of the criminal code (murder by a group of persons, interfaced to robbery) and paragraph “C” of part 4 of article 162 of the criminal code (robbery with use of objects used as weapons, with causing of heavy harm to health of the victim).

According to investigators, in February 2016 in Vladivostok, Butabaev with a friend was performing construction work on the territory of a private household. For the purpose of plunder of property, they attacked the work and killed him. After that, they stole the Bank card of the victim and took his account of 150 thousand rubles, which ordered on your own.

Butabaev disappeared from bodies of preliminary investigation and was declared internationally wanted.

In may 2019, he was detained on the territory of Kazakhstan.

The General Prosecutor of the Russian Federation has written to the foreign colleagues with the request about his extradition for bringing to criminal responsibility which was satisfied.

In connection with the situation related to the spread of the virus COVID-19, crossing of the state border of the Russian Federation extradited coordinated with the operational headquarters for the prevention of introduction and spread of novel coronavirus infection in the Russian Federation.

Accompanied by a special escort Mirzohidjon Butabaev delivered to Russia.

In addition, the Kazakh competent authorities are satisfied with three more Russian extradition request Alikhan m-B. Dzaurov, Elena Poloskina and Abduvali ochilova that also are accused of committing a series of crimes.

So, Zaurova imputed the acts provided for by part 3 of article 30, part 1 of article 105 of the criminal code (attempted murder), part 1 of article 222 of the criminal code (illegal acquisition, storage, transportation and carrying of firearms and ammunition).

Poloskina charged under paragraphs “a,” part 2 St. 158 criminal code (theft), and Ochilov – under paragraph “a” of part 2 of article 322.1 of the criminal code (organization of illegal migration).

These citizens accompanied by a special escort is also delivered to the territory of the Russian Federation.
