The plant currently produces 15 tons of finished products from fruit purchased from the farmers of the island. But the company built a new factory for a much greater, to Taipivai, and plans an annual production of 130 tonnes from 300 tonnes of fresh fruit.
The government has subsequently visited the project of private housing estate Vaioteana worn by the société de développement de Taiohae (SDT) on the heights of the commune. This is the second subdivision carried out by this company, of which the plots are highly successful with buyers, as of the Marquesas to Tahiti.
