At the request of the Prosecutor General of the Russian Federation the competent authorities of the Republic of Poland has extradited to Russia Vyacheslav Iskindirova.

He is accused of committing crimes under paragraph “g” of part 2 of article 105 of the criminal code (murder committed by a group of persons upon a preliminary collusion).

According to investigators, in 1997 the Krasnoyarsk territory for the distribution of criminal spheres of influence fought several persons, among whom were Anatoly Artyushkov and Vilor Stroganov. No later than mid-July 1997, Stroganov decided to kill artyushkova.

Not wanting to commit murder, he found the perpetrators, their friends Alexander and Vyacheslav SAP Iskindirova. July 21, 1997 in the Parking lot in the city of Krasnoyarsk of Iskendirov shot several times in artyushkova and killed him.

Because of Iskendirov disappeared from bodies of preliminary investigation, he was declared internationally wanted.

In January 2018 he was detained on the territory of Poland, after which the Prosecutor General’s office of the Russian Federation has written to the foreign colleagues the request for extradition of the accused of criminal responsibility. In may 2020, it was satisfied.

The extradition process was multistage. For 2018-2019, the parties competed in court. The Russian side presented to the competent Polish authorities a considerable amount of material and evidence supporting the guilt Iskindirova.

The decision on extradition of the accused were first taken in the courts of the Republic of Poland, and then was transferred to the office of the Minister of justice of the Republic of Poland.

In a complex epidemiological situation Vyacheslav Iskenderov was adopted on the territory of the Russian Federation and quarantined in compliance with all security measures and the rights of the accused.
