Thames Valley Police is appealing for witnesses after an incident of affray in High Wycombe.
At approximately 11.50am on Tuesday (16/6), an altercation took place between a group of men in Chairborough Road which resulted in one man sustaining injuries consistent with stab wounds to his elbow and shoulder.
He was taken to Stoke Mandeville Hospital for treatment, and has since been discharged.
The offenders are male. The first man was wearing a dark grey tracksuit with the hood pulled up over his face and was slim build and about 6ft 2ins tall. He was wearing blue latex gloves.
The second man was between 5ft 10ins and 6ft tall, of slender build and was wearing long shorts and a dark top.
He had black hair and stubble.
A black Mazda was seen to leave the scene at speed after the altercation took place.
Investigating officer Detective Constable Aimee Summers, based at High Wycombe police station, said: “We are treating this incident as an affray and have arrested and charged one person.
“I am appealing to anybody who witnessed this incident or recognises the description of any of the men, to please get in contact with police.
“In addition, anybody who has CCTV from the area or who may have dash-cam footage, please check this and contact us if it has captured anything that could assist the investigation.
