Firstly, I should like to thank the Commission for listing the projects in which SIEMENS was involved from 2014 to 2019. According to the Commission, the large number of projects means that it is not in a position to provide an evaluation of each individual project. The Commission ‘invites the Honourable Member to send a list of projects of special interest’. On the basis of this list, the Commission can determine whether it can provide information on the respective evaluation.

I therefore wish to ask a number of follow-up questions:

Can the Commission provide more information specifically on the following projects?

653941 – FLEXTURBINE – FLEXIBLE FOSSIL POWER PLANTS FOR THE FUTURE ENERGY MARKET THROUGH NEW AND ADVANCED TURBINE TECHNOLOGIES (2015, endowed with EUR 318 350)

636170 – I2MPECT – INTEGRATED, INTELLIGENT MODULAR POWER ELECTRONIC CONVERTER (2015, endowed with EUR 296 000)

Has SIEMENS been involved in other fossil energy projects?

Has SIEMENS been involved in any arms research projects in the context of the EU budget for 2014-2020?
