One of the NICE Strategic Plan values is to Challenge Assumptions: examine the rationale for past and present education, training, and workforce approaches and apply critical analysis to future solutions. There is no better time to rethink current practices and “stimulate innovation” (another NICE value) than when you are in the midst of a crisis such as a global pandemic.
