The parks and gardens currently ensures the cleaning and disinfection of parks, Paofai, Papeete, and Aorai Tini Hau, Pirae, which were closed in recent weeks during the confinement period, in order to enable the population to benefit once again from these public spaces.

The reopening of these public spaces is thus set for Friday, may 1, from 6 o’clock in the morning. In application of the measures of the barriers of the covid-19, however, it will not be possible to practice there, until further order, team sports and any gathering or grouping is also prohibited. For the same reasons of sanitary precautions, the children’s playgrounds as well as spaces of work-out will also remain closed to the public.
