The obvious possibility of such forms of employment in the future, after a difficult period of restrictive measures because of the coronavirus, said Vice-speaker of the Federation Council.
Working group on improvement of legislation in terms of the spread of coronavirus infection is considering proposals for legislative regulation of remote forms of employment. This was announced by Deputy Chairman of the Federation Council Galina Karelov. Carloviana Nikolaiviertel from Executive body of state power of the Voronezh region
This is one of the issues that require detailed study. “In the new situation in the country have been actively used remote forms of employment. Their use contributes to combating the spread of coronavirus infection. Moreover, the obvious possibility of such forms of employment in the future, after a difficult period of restrictive measures”, — noted Vice-the speaker of Council of Federation.In this regard, according to Galina Karelova, it is necessary at the legislative level to regulate the entire set of questions covering informative format of remote and flexible forms of employment. Among them: the possibility of transition of workers to remote mode without the conclusion of additional agreements to the employment contract, reduction of terms alert certain parties of the employment contract and the introduction of part-time work, and how to change shift programs.”Work in this direction jointly with the Ministry of labour and social protection of the Russian Federation has already begun. I hope that it will be the active participation of experts in social and labour relations”, — concluded the Deputy Chairman of the Federation Council.
