The Gross Misconduct Hearing of Special Constable Vincent Powder concluded on Thursday, 30 April.
The panel heard that Special Constable Powder was dismissed from his civilian role within the
Metropolitan Police Service on Saturday, 2 April 2019 and as a result was placed on the College of Policing Barred Register.
His inclusion on the register acts as an absolute bar to being employed by a police force.
As a result, the decision by the chair and the panel was dismissal without notice.
