75 years ago during the Berlin offensive, Soviet troops hoisted the Victory Banner on the Reichstag roof. It was one of several Soviet banners, installed on the roof of the Berlin town hall during her assault.

He was placed on a sculpture horse knight, Kaiser Wilhelm, on the orders of the commander of the 756 th infantry regiment of the 150th rifle division of Colonel Fyodor Zinchenko scouts Sergeant Mikhail Yegorov and Junior Sergeant Meliton Kantaria, who was accompanied by Lieutenant Alexei Berest and gunners of the guard staff Sergeant Ilya Sanova.
