Measures for the Private sector in the Economic

Before the declaration of a state of emergency, which was approved at the meeting of the Council of Ministers on march 28, 2020, an ordinance of the Government, which outlines the measures for the implementation of the declaration of a state of emergency.

The measures taken to prevent the COVID-19 and to contain the hiv pandemic, saving lives, and ensuring the sustainability of the supply chain of the goods and services that are essential to the country’s population, yet they are able to limit some rights and fundamental freedoms. These measures are to be taken with respect to the limits of the constitution and in line with the guidelines of the World Health Organization and in line with other States.

The state of emergency is in force from 00:00 hours on the day of 28 march, 2020 23:59 hours on the 26th day of April, 2020, and applies to the whole territory of the country.

During the effective period of a state of emergency, shall be suspended for the public transport of passengers.

They are allowed on the business premises and the provision of services, markets, and street vendors.
