Police have arrested a man in relation to the death of Adrian Trett in May 2018.
Adrian Trett, 45, was found unconscious and wrapped in blankets on David Street, Mannum early on Monday 23 April 2018.
He was taken to hospital with a serious head injury, but never regained consciousness and died in the Royal Adelaide Hospital on 5 May.
Police announced in June 2018 that his death was being treated as a homicide, and appealed for assistance from the public to establish the full circumstances.
Major Crime detectives and Murray Bridge CIB have conducted a lengthy investigation that has resulted in the arrest today (11 March) of a 50-year-old Mannum man. He has been charged with manslaughter and will appear before the Murray Bridge Magistrates Court later today.
