The Luohu district government, on Feb.6, notified enterprises with fewer than 300 employees intending to resume production after Feb. 9 must report their decision in advance to the district government, while meeting the following requirements.

First, enterprises must make and implement an epidemic control and prevention work plan, as well as emergency response plan; they must register employees returning to Shenzhen from elsewhere, and keep a record of their health conditions; they must prepare their epidemic control and prevention materials; they must report information related to the epidemic, sterilize their workplaces, monitor all employees’ temperature on a daily basis; they must organize anti-epidemic training programs, and conduct thorough work safety checks for the resumption of production; finally, enterprises must have designated specific persons in charge of the anti-epidemic work, and emergency response work.

The enterprises can submit their application to resume production via the website

Those with 300 or more employees should report to the municipal authority.
