Among the participants of the exhibition — architects, photographers, construction companies and architectural firms, universities, and cultural foundations from different countries.
In the State Museum of architecture named after Schusev, Moscow January 31, will open the exhibition “Public architecture — the future of Europe”. Beginning at 19:00. It was organized by the European cultural centre (Russia and Italy).
Participants from different countries will share ideas that make cities more comfortable for living and will show you how to develop alternative approaches in modern architecture, preserving the cultural heritage of Europe. The exhibition will include both implemented and not yet implemented projects.
Their work will show more than 40 participants, including architects, photographers, construction companies and architectural firms, universities, and cultural foundations of countries such as Germany, Russia, Spain, Norway, Italy, USA, Finland, Austria, Portugal, Switzerland, great Britain, Greece, Iceland, Netherlands and Mexico.
Visitors will see the projects of social housing, green buildings, eco-homes, educational and public spaces, stations and airports. They will be placed in nine halls of the Museum. Some of them will be dedicated to a single organization or project, in other halls can be viewed group projects, many of which will prepare specially for the exhibition.
The exhibition will run until may 10.
