Detectives are appealing for the public’s help to trace a woman they want to speak to in connection with numerous frauds.

Officers are trying to find Hayley King, 34 (01.03.1985) who had previously been living in the Feltham area of west London.

King is described as 5ft 10ins of medium build with a scar on her left arm.

The appeal follows allegations that King was taking bookings as an ‘Internet Travel Agent’ using a company called ‘Around The World Travel’.

It is alleged that King was taking money from victims and informing them that their holidays were booked.

However, victims subsequently found out that none, or only a small amount of the holiday had actually been paid for.

At this time officers have identified 56 victims of fraud from across the country, with the loss to victims in the region of £125,000.

Police have information that King left the UK and travelled to Fuerteventura, Canary Isles, on 24 March 2019 and it appears she has not returned.

Detective Constable Ryan Maginnes of the Met’s Economic Crime Command, said: “We urgently want to trace King and would ask anyone with information to contact police. If she is abroad you can contact the local force and give them your information.

“We would also ask anyone else who thinks they may have been a victim of this fraud to contact police. It is my fear that there may be other victims who are not yet aware that their holidays have not been paid for. Anyone with information should contact police or Crimestoppers.”

Any witnesses or anyone with any information is asked to call police on 101 or contact via Twitter @MetCC. Please quote CAD 2225/13JAN
