Bogotá (Nov. 8/19). Colombian Vice Chancellor Francisco Echeverri Lara spoke with the Ambassador appointed by the Panamanian Government, who delivered copies of his credentials. During the meeting, issues of the bilateral relationship and the next visit of President Laurentino Cortizo to Colombia, which will take place on November 13, were discussed.

The diplomatic representative was Ambassador to the United Kingdom and General Consul in London, Representative of the Mission of her country to the International Maritime Organization and Commercial and Consular Attaché of the Embassy of Panama in Colombia. Likewise, she has worked independently as an advisor on issues of development strategies, business plans, distribution models, international cooperation and financing.

Ambassador Liliana Fernández Puentes has a degree in Political Science and Economics from the Universidad de Los Andes de Bogotá, Master in Development from the London School of Economics.
