The TSB conducted a limited-scope, fact-gathering investigation into this occurrence to advance transportation safety through greater awareness of potential safety issues. See the investigation page for further information.

The occurrence involving Apollo that took place on 16 March 2019 in Matane, Quebec, is the subject of a separate investigation (M19C0054). This investigation is ongoing.
