A six-member working group is examining the draft law, according to different principles, such as whether the rules are clear and easy to handle, whether automated processing is possible, or if terms are consistently used. Since the introduction of the Checks, a number of positive effects there, such as more transparency and easy handling. For the ministries it has become also easier, digitization jam, prepare the possible designs.
Also, the Federal government is planning a digitisation check. The positive experiences we made with our neighbors, with this mechanism, we should use it and make it our own.“
