Four men have been charged with section 18 grievous bodily harm with intent and possession of an offensive weapon in a public place.

Waqar Jamil, aged 24, of Alford Road, High Wycombe, Mohammad Asim Khan, aged 21, of Spearing Road, High Wycombe, Husn Khan, aged 18 of Spearing Road, High Wycombe and Iftikar Aslam, aged 27, of Chiltern Avenue, High Wycombe, were charged with the offences yesterday (19/10).

The charges relate to an incident on Tuesday 1 October at around 9.30pm in Perth Road, High Wycombe, where a vehicle was in collision with another.

The victim, an 18-year-old man, was then assaulted by a group of men, causing stab wounds to his hands and head which required hospital treatment.

He has since been discharged.

The arrests were conducted on 17 and 18 October.

The four men who have been charged appeared before Milton Keynes Magistrates’ Court yesterday and have been remanded in custody.
