The brazilian government has learned, with profound sorrow, of the terrorist attacks against trains and one on a temporary basis, of the Mission Multidimensional Integrated United Nations Stabilization of Mali (MINUSMA), which occurred on the 6th of October, in the towns of Aguelhok and Bandiagara, respectively. The attack resulted in the death of a “helmet,” blue in the central, and left six military personnel from Chad, and Togo, the wounded.

The brazilian government expresses its condolences to the family of the man deceased, and to the government and people of Chad, and the men-of-speedy recovery of the other officers. To re-iterate its firm condemnation of all acts of terrorism irrespective of their motivation, in Brazil and reaffirms its support for the work of the MINUSMA, and the international community’s efforts in favour of the stabilisation of the country.
