Most popular sites and activities
The most popular sites were in Lianozovo Park, the landscape Park “Mitino”, the square of “Hope” in the Park “Angara ponds”. Here, visitors actively participated in kids ‘ activities, playing badminton, ping-pong and Frisbee. Experienced mentors held workshops, competitions in martial arts, dance classes, lectures on healthy lifestyle and disease prevention.
The most popular classes were dancing, lectures and fitness. Among the dance styles most of the townspeople chose Zumba, hip hop, and mixed dance. These activities were attended by over 7,800 people. Fitness and cross-fit has attracted over six thousand visitors. In this category the most popular classes become functional training and fitness with drumsticks. Even more than 4,900 people visited yoga lessons, and gymnastics at the sites were engaged in more than 4,500 citizens.
Most of the townspeople came to the site on Thursdays and weekends. On average, Sunday had visited them 3.9 thousand people, and on Thursday and Saturday — 3.7 thousand.
On Thursdays the “Healthy Moscow” took charge under the guidance of renowned athletes, including four-time Olympic champion Alexei Nemov, champion of the Olympic games in synchronized swimming by Gelena Topilina, two-time champion in athletics Olesya Zykina. More than 30 Champions spent charging in the fresh air.
Lectures and consultations
The “Healthy Moscow” held over 400 meetings with psychologists, about a thousand people received personal consultations. Doctors told about the psychological well-being, communication and conflict, family relationships, personal development, and relationships with loved ones. Advice was General and personal, where everyone could ask a psychologist questions.
Lectures were conducted by well-known doctors, athletes and activists of a healthy lifestyle. They talked about proper nutrition, positive thinking, patient care, education of children.
Lectures were given by the President of the Higher school methodology Andrew Joyce brothers here, doctor of medical Sciences Elena Malysheva, Director of the Center for palliative care Nut Federmesser, doctor and TV presenter Alexander Myasnikov, candidate of medical Sciences Alexander Light, co-founder of the charity race “Green marathon “Running hearts”” Polina Kitsenko, Ph. D. Larisa Surkova, candidate of medical Sciences Anna Levadne, the athlete Denis Semenikhin.
To the performance of Alexander Myasnikov came more than 300 people. The most popular was a lecture by Andrew Joyce brothers here. It took place on 12 September and gathered more than a thousand people.
More than 40 medical pavilions appeared in the city parks and recreation areas in early summer. Everyone to the beginning of October can undergo medical examinations and obtain medical advice. To do this, simply bring your passport. If you are attached to a clinic, you will need insurance.
