For the maneuver at 21:31 Moscow time, service module engines were turned on “Star” of the International Space Station. Their operating time was 39.5 seconds, as a result of which the station received a speed increment of 0.6 m / s. According to the ballistic and navigation support service of the Mission Control Center, the ISS orbit parameters after the maneuver were:

the minimum height above the Earth’s surface — 412,1 miles

The purpose of the correction was the formation of ballistic conditions for the undocking (10:35 GMT) and landing (14:00 GMT) the piloted ship “Soyuz MS-12”, which is scheduled for October 3, 2019.
