The Prosecutor’s office the Soviet district of Tula region has monitored the Internet to detect and prevent citizens ‘ access to prohibited content.

It is established that on 18 Internet sites contain information prohibited for distribution in the territory of the Russian Federation, including the sale of fake educational documents.

Access to these resources was free to view an unlimited circle of Internet users.

Federal law “On information, information technologies and protection of information” prohibits the dissemination of information, for which criminal or administrative liability.

Meanwhile, for forgery, manufacture and sale of official documents is provided both criminal, and administrative liability.

The court satisfied claims of Prosecutor’s office about the exclusion of citizens ‘ access to websites containing prohibited to spread information.

The court decision executed. Access Internet sites blocked.
