Moscow, September 2 – In the framework of OPEC, Russia in August reached the level of reduction of oil production in 143 tbs. This was stated by the Minister of energy of the Russian Federation Alexander Novak.“Within OPEC to Russia in August is on the level of reduction of oil production in 143 tbs with respect to October 2018. In late August, the reduction was at the level of 299 tbs” he said. Less relative to previous months, production cuts due to the technical aspects of the resolution of the situation related to the clearing of pipeline system from oil with high content of organochlorine compounds. In June, the decline in production was 278 289 tbs and tbs, respectively.In September 2019, Russia will fully meet the specified production level in the framework of cooperation of OPEC .
